The Onion recovers Suddenly, Tammy!'s major label debut. I remember seeing them at an instore at Go! Records in Arlington. The first site upstairs from the Sugar Shack coffeehouse. People were packed into that place. Everyone was wearing their exclamation points, all swoony & shiny with the high fructose corn syrup sounds of young indie pop. I was in high school, it was back before Sebadoh was a punchline.
